Does anyone know where to get a cheap violet wand? Ome that has a good quality but doesnt cost 450$US?
If so, please let me know.
If you find one of good quality for less than that let the rest of us know!
Oh there are a couple on e-bay normally, ut I am not an electritian, so I cant tell if they work or not and if all the electrics all work.
Don't get one from ebay. You will end up getting a piece of total crap! Have you ever used one before? If not you should research everything you can find about them first. They are dangerous in unknowing hands.(I've been burned by my own wand when I was teaching a friend to use it. I had marks for weeks! Not fun!)
When and if you buy one always find out what the core is made from, what the Voltage is, is it adjustable(voltage), and if it is an ozone ray. These I feel are the most important things to know.
I got lucky and my old "Master" who trained me as a domme sold me his old one for $125. He upgraded from an antique to a brand new one. Even thought it is old its been rewired, the core replaced, cord replaced and the casing was checked for leaks.
Btw what made you decide to get one? Have you ever done electro-play before? Are you pro trained?
I am not a newbie with the wand. I have a lot of experience with it and as I already said I wouldnt use one from e-bay, because I dont know how save they are.
Yes I am trained. Not pro but from a lot of people with a lot of experience.
If you get a known brand of violet wand on Ebay, 98% of the time it will run like a charm. Most people bought them, used them once or twice and then put them in the attic to collect dust. The only thing that should be replaced is the cotton wrapped cord (it was cheaper than rubber lined in the 30's) and any electrician can replace that for you for a nominal fee. Heck, they might just do it for the fun of it, you don't get to see these things very often.
I've heard of people buying something on ebay and getting garbage but these are the same sellers that would send you junk if you ordered a vacuum cleaner. If you see the guy has a good record I'd buy with confidence.
Just my 2c...
Some work well but most sold on Ebay are wax core. The wax melts with extended use and then it worthless.

did you ever end up finding a wand? I'm in the market with the same question and apparent experience level as you :)
Sadly I never did.
But thats ok. I just cvhanged directions a bit and ended up buying and training with whips, singnal and bull to be exact. This takes a bit more practise but also has a much more fullfilling outcome in my experience.
Hope you find one. and if you find a cheap one or two let me know I am still interested.
I was prodding around...
I found this
site. I don't know much about them but they sure look like fun:)
Your link didn't go anywhere. Did you mean http://www.violetwands.com
I found them just before Christmas and thought I'd try this violet wand kithttp://www.violetwands.com/main-virtuemart/sale/the-199-violet-wand-kit.html
since it was only $199 on sale. (dont know what the regular price is)
It got here three days after ordering in a nice plain brown box. I doubt you're still looking Mastherr, but if anyone else is I'd highly recommend the company.
And the toy. this thing is beyond awesome and its the best toy we've ever bought ourselves. I did NOT KNOW THIS but if you hold onto this cable thats in the kit you can SHOOT THE SPARKS from your fingers! stop and think about that. unbelieveable. I didn't know much about using a violet wand before we got it, but we're already thinking about expanding with more accessories.
